Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project aims to bring a Cricut cutting machine into my 8th-grade classroom, fostering creativity and 21st-century skills. Students will apply what they learn using digital design software to develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities and will create unique designs and bring them to life, enhancing fine motor skills and fostering self-expression.
This project will significantly impact my students by increasing engagement, cultivating innovation, and boosting confidence.
They will gain valuable skills in digital literacy and design, preparing them for future success.
For me, this machine will be an invaluable teaching tool, enabling differentiated instruction and the creation of engaging interdisciplinary projects. It will empower me to deliver dynamic and impactful learning experiences for all students.
