My Project

Our main goals for this project are to encourage the exploration of texture and help reduce anxiety through kinesthetic creativity. One fantastic material we're using is polymer clay. It's incredible because it allows students to create three-dimensional pieces, fostering a deeper understanding of form, shape, and texture.

We also need an oven for baking the clay right here in the classroom, so their masterpieces can come to life!

Another aspect we've considered is storage for students' artwork and supplies. This not only helps keep everything organized but also cultivates a sense of responsibility and ownership over their creations.

Lastly, sculpting tools are like magic wands in the hands of our young artists. They provide endless opportunities for them to bring their imagination to life in a relaxing and therapeutic art form. So, when it comes to boosting creativity and making learning meaningful, these art materials are definitely our secret weapons! From dragon eyes to jewelry, polymer clay opens the door to a whole new world for our amazing 6th-grade students.
