Help me give my students the opportunity to explore the many different art processes and express themselves during the creative process in their Studio Arts class.
Being the only art teacher in our high school is a challenge, working with limited supplies requires even more creative solutions. Our students are extremely talented and deserve the recognition and opportunities that our neighboring districts have.
I am looking to increase our art supplies giving students the chance to express themselves by creating paintings on canvases.
These projects would be on display in our school, as well as downtown at city hall. I am also planning on introducing the students to basic printmaking and sculpting in their Studio Arts class.
