This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Imagine the sense of accomplishment and creativity our students will experience as they design & create their very own personalized shoes.
This project will not only foster artistic expression but also enable our students to engage with cutting-edge technology, honing their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
However, to bring this vision to life, we require some essential materials to ensure a successful and transformative learning experience.
Elegoo Resin: This specialized resin is a key component in the 3D printing process. It provides high-quality, durable prints with remarkable precision and detail.
Alcohol: Alcohol is essential for cleaning and preparing the 3D printed objects before applying primer and resin. It ensures that the surface is free from any debris or residue that may affect the final product.
Sand Pads: Sand pads are indispensable tools for refining and smoothing the 3D printed objects. They allow students to achieve a professional finish, ensuring that their customized shoes are comfortable to wear.
By generously supporting our art class with these materials, you will play a vital role in empowering our students to explore their creativity and become innovators in both art and technology. With your help, we can cultivate a love for learning and provide our students with hands-on experiences that bridge the gap between art and STEM fields.
