This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These amazing outdoor recess materials will be fascinating for my kindergarten students to play with. My students have told me about wanting to play with a limbo game and hula hoops. They enjoy playing with the hula hoops during P.E. class. I have about 3 students who can keep the hula hoop moving around their waist.

While a lot around the world to keep my students isolated, I would rather them have a variety of games to promote collaboration.

Having these games will not only promote teamwork but it will promote critical thinking skills and it will give them opportunities to play together outside of their regular school work.
