This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We have new students enrolling all the time. Lately, we are seeing a rise in students enrolling from out of the country. Since we are a uniform school, we want to be able to provide uniforms to those new students who don't have them. I am requesting uniform sweaters to help ease the financial burden for our newcomers and their families. Since hoodies will not be allowed at our school next year, this is a good option for students who need to stay warm. It is hard enough that most of these students don't speak English. Help me help those new to the country have the uniform tops they need to look like all the other students in uniforms.
