Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Students are excited to see their learning in action. My students are exited to be able to access projects that they have previously seen as unreachable coming from economically deprived and underserved communities.

Coding drones will take the theoretical in classroom practice and make it real.

The drones in this project are programmable with many different programming platforms. We will use Chromebooks that we already have and students will learn to code using both block coding and line coding. This project will be part of our Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.
