Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We will be studying specific sea creatures and writing a report on that creature. The report will include name, where it lives, type, and interesting facts. On the last day I plan to give a snack. I believe this snack will motivate them to complete their reports.

My goal is for students to learn about at least 3 sea creatures including sea creature name and several facts related to that creature.

They will also be encouraged to draw and color the sea creature.

I believe my students are special because they represent our low income but, proud school community. They are also special because they are eager to learn more about what is outside their desert environment.
