My Project

As the occupational therapist, I am responsible for helping students receive the sensory support they need to be successful in their classrooms. My dream is to create a sensory room that is calming and supportive to all our students. I would like to create a calming, under the sea sensory room that our students can go to when they are overwhelmed or upset.

I am so happy to be part of the school community.

I can't wait to create a room where students can relax and look at the fish or practice breathing techniques while relaxing in an oasis. The students will be supported emotionally and that will transfer over to academics.
