Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our class is so lucky to have a new friend from Ukraine join us! My class is a diverse group with many different cultures represented. They are creative, inclusive, and patient.

Everyone deserves the chance to read in their native language.

I would like to expand our classroom library to include books written in Ukrainian. My class enjoys playing board games with our new friend, so I would also like to expand our game selection with games that require minimal language skills. The addition of these materials will help us strengthen relationships and create a space with more representation!
