This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to play instruments and I love to play the ukelele. We will be starting a unit soon to learn how to play this fun instrument that allows us to accompany our singing.

I would like to have an ukelele orchestra with different size instruments to create a beautiful sound.

Ukeleles are a soft, calm, peaceful instrument that I know will bring such enjoyment to my students. They are going to love the sounds of the bass and baritone ukelele that we will add to our current set.
