Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Since I have been at my current school, I have seen the passion for music grow within my students. I am excited that they love to sing, play instruments, and become better musicians. All of my students from Pre-K to 4th grade always support and encourage each other while we are learning new things and performing.
My students are becoming fantastic performers and can't wait to share what they have learned with others.
We love sharing our musicality with teachers, friends, and family.
My Project
My students are ready for the next big thing in growing their skills as musicians. They don't know it yet, but they will be learning to play ukulele! I am so excited for them and know that they will be thrilled.
By adding three ukulele's to our classroom, we will have enough for everyone to be successful in learning!
Ukulele is an exciting instrument to learn, and I know it will inspire all of my students. This will be a special things for the oldest kids in the building, and I believe it will increase their leadership skills and spread across the school!
