My students need classroom instruments to help them learn how to play music in an ensemble.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. M.'s classroom raised $358

My Students
My students are super excited about making concrete connections in music class by learning how to play ACTUAL instruments! We are a suburban community and often times, my students get their very first musical experience in my classroom.
My students LOVE to create and make music on their own!
We spend a lot of time in early grades learning basic music literacy skills. Playing instruments offers a tangible, practical, and FUN application of these previously learned concepts, ultimately making life long musicians!

My students work very hard on learning how to read music in my classroom. We work on learning fundamental music literacy skills from a very early age. Applying those skills to reading music while playing instruments in an ensemble allows my students to see the practical application of their hard work.
Playing instruments would provide my students a musical experience that they have NEVER had before! They would be able to see the complete synthesis of their hard work in my class by performing music together on these instruments. What better way to get kids excited about becoming life long musicians, than putting instruments in their hands!
