My Project
School can be stressful place for all children at one time or another. Frustration, setbacks, or unexpected changes are a normal part of the school experience. It is important for my students to know that while all feelings are okay, the ability to self regulate ( manage emotions, thoughts, and behaviors) is of utmost importance for academic success, positive social interactions and overall social well- being, resiliency, and lifelong potential. The fidgets, coping tools and games will help equip my students to learn to identify feelings, express themselves constructively, and manage conflict effectively when it arises.
