Our PBIS program uses small rewards to acknowledge students who demonstrate good choices, encouraging them to continue these behaviors.
These rewards (like snacks, drinks, and gift cards) help students connect positive actions with positive results.
This leads to improved classroom behavior, increased academic engagement, and a stronger sense of community within our TUVA lab.
