This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Digital thermometers provide rapid and accurate temperature readings. Traditional thermometers often require more time to stabilize and provide readings, eating into valuable lab time. The digital thermometers' instant results will minimize downtime, maximizing the time available for hands-on learning and experimentation.
These thermometers will allow our students to collect data swiftly and precisely, ensuring that experiments stay on track and align with the curriculum schedule.
By introducing digital thermometers into our chemistry labs, I aim to make the most of every 45-55 minute class period. This efficiency will not only ensure that students cover the required curriculum but also allow them to engage more deeply with the actual chemistry! Ultimately, the thermometers will empower students to explore, learn, and experiment more effectively, regardless of the time constraints, and contribute to a more enriching and efficient learning experience in our chemistry labs! :)
