My Project

Our Special Education team works with some of the most inspiring students in the school—each one with unique strengths, dreams, and needs. From social skills to academic milestones, we're with them every step of the way. Behind the scenes, though, we manage mountains of paperwork—confidential reports, evaluations, IEPs, and more—that we are legally required to retain for seven years. It’s important to work, but it eats up precious time and valuable space that we’d rather devote to student support.

Imagine a world where we can quickly scan and save confidential documents, safely store them, and then securely shred the originals—all in one streamlined system.

That’s the goal of this project!

We are requesting:

A heavy-duty shredder to safely dispose of sensitive documents,

A high-speed, multi-page scanner to digitize those records with ease,

An external hard drive for secure, organized long-term storage, and

A fireproof, locking bag to protect that hard drive (because our data deserves superhero-level security!).

Your donation would help us transform from paper packrats into digital dynamos! Not only would it save significant space in our classrooms, but it would also free up time and energy for what really matters—our students.
