My Project
In the creation of a new library, we not only need books that will call the readers’ attention, but appealing visuals that entice our young readers to pick up a book. I am requesting a variety of high-interest books that reflect diverse voices, reading levels, and genres to meet the needs of all my learners. In addition to new books, I hope to create a warm and welcoming learning space for small group instruction utilizing the portable whiteboard for assistance. All working literacy spaces could use visual decor, including inviting aesthetics and strategic organizational tools, to captivate all of our learners in an appealing environment.
