Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 2nd and 3rd grade gifted students are curious thinkers who love to ask questions, make connections, and dive deeper into their learning. To help them maximize their potential, I use interactive notebooks that transform lessons into hands-on, engaging learning experiences.

The supplies in this project, including cardstock, glue sticks, tabs, highlighters, pencils, markers, paper, and erasers, will allow students to create foldables, organize their thinking, annotate texts, and document their learning in meaningful ways. Interactive notebooks help students actively engage with content rather than simply completing worksheets, making learning more memorable and personalized.

These materials will give my students the tools they need to think critically, stay organized, and showcase their creativity. Every page they create becomes a reflection of their growth, curiosity, and love of learning.
