This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

One of the most important aspects of a batting cage is the concrete floor. The concrete floor and metal chain link cage are hard on baseballs and usually end up destroying any balls that are hit on them. Artificial turf extends the life and use of the baseballs.

Artificial turf on the net is a must in any batting cage.

The turf is essential to have in the cage to prevent the ball from bouncing in an unnatural way. The ball on the turf will have a more natural bounce, and you will be able to determine if the ball was hit correctly. Let us not forget that it will definitely look very appealing to players.
