My Project
Do you like dull, out of tune strings? Neither do I! My students are in a title 1 school, with a high economically disadvantaged, diverse population. They strive for high musical achievement, and face challenges with determination. That being said, strings break, strings get old, and strings get out of tune. I would like my Cello students to be given the opportunity to play with a new, vibrant set of strings! With these new strings, they will transform their tone, and feel more accomplished!
Help me help my students get the gift of a better sound, and autonomy.
I am also looking to have a class set of Tuners donated for my program. These Tuners will be able to individually listen to my students and tell them how to adjust their strings. This way, they wont have to wait on my to come around and adjust their instrument.
