Tuners for Ukuleles

Help me give my students a way to tune their beautiful ukuleles. Tuning is essential in learning how to play a ukulele.

My Students

I have approximately 530 students and each and every one of them is so special and so wonderful!

I am so fortunate to be the music teacher at this fantastic school.

We have a diverse population and I learn so much from my students. They love to sing, dance, play instruments and perform in concerts. They work hard and are always eager to learn. When I challenge them they rise to or surpass that challenge. When they accomplish their goals, they shine! I believe that these kids deserve the best music education that I can give them.

My Project

My goals for my students in teaching ukulele is that they can play several chords, read a chord chart, read and play music on a staff, know different ways of strumming and know how to tune a ukulele. My students should be able to continue playing their instrument independently after they leave my class.

It is an important part of their music education that they can confidently tune their own ukuleles.

To do this, we need tuners! The tuners that I am requesting are clear, concise and easy to read. My students and I would truly appreciate your help in funding this project.
