My Project

I have the honor of serving students that have a diverse range of special needs in gross motor development. Having an ample supply of high-quality equipment that supports adapted physical education is essential in providing expanded access to a variety of activities that develop lifelong skills for all students.

The tumbling mats funded in this project will provide safe access as students work on developing and expanding their balance, flexibility, strength.

Development in skills such as these help build confidence and independence for my students, allowing them to participate in a broader range of physical activities.
