My Project

We will use the items requested to help measure the Power numbers for our students.

Although, they may not be able to set the max squat record, every student has potential power.

Using individual body composition numbers, strength and speed scores, students can track their Power number. This balances out the differences in physical development and body makeup.

Using the Power number can help motivate students to keep working towards their fitness and strength goals. Not everyone can Squat 400 lbs, but everyone can work to increase their Power number.
