I am reaching out to our community with a heartfelt request that has the potential to make a significant difference in the lives of students in our Adapted Physical Education program. I am committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their physical differences.
Our bicycle unit is an integral part of our Adapted Physical Education program.
Students enjoy biking with friends, trying new skills, and learning bike + street safety. I believe that biking is a skill that students can enjoy for a lifetime! I am excited to introduce the Rifton 330 medium trike to our special education students. This specialized adaptive bike is specifically designed to accommodate individuals with various physical challenges, offering a unique opportunity for our students to experience the joy of mobility and physical activity.
Our program is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and improving the quality of life for our students with diverse abilities. However, we currently only have two AmTryke bicycles available. This is where the support of donors can truly make a difference!
Here's how you can help. Your generous financial contribution will impact the lives of our students. Every dollar counts - even a small donation can go a long way in making this Rifton trike accessible to our students.
Please spread the Word and share this DonorsChoose request within our community and on your social networks. The more people who are aware of our initiative, the closer we come to achieving our goal.
Your support will not only provide mobility and physical activity opportunities for students but also improve their overall well-being, self-esteem, and social interaction skills.
