My students need 12 helmets to wear while riding tricycles. We haven't been able to use our tricycles without helmets!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students' ages range from 3 to 5 years old. Earlier in the school year, they rode the tricycles in the gym. Unfortunately, the bikes were stored away because it wasn't safe to ride without helmets. For sanitary reasons, I would like to assign a helmet to each of my 12 students.
My preschool disabled students love to ride tricycles!
They have language delays, learning disabilities and several are autistic, but give them tricycles and they zoom around as if they had no disabilities! Riding tricycles is important to the development of motor skills. My students need to practice looking where they are going while coordinating their hands and feet. Navigating tricycles uses those skills and builds self-esteem as they control the tricycles!
My Project
With a helmet for each student, all of my students will be able to ride safely. Our newly established early childhood center has about 20 tricycles of different sizes and styles in storage because there wasn't enough money in the budget for helmets. It's up to each teacher to order materials. I wasn't aware of the need for helmets when I ordered for this school year. Your donation would help so much!
I am responsible for teaching all subjects, including physical education.
You donation would make it possible for my students to practice vital motor skills. My urban students don't have tricycles at home. They live in apartments that lack places to store bikes and in neighborhoods where riding isn't safe. Donating 12 safety helmets would allow access to tricycles! You have a chance to bring the opportunity for developing motor skills as well as joy to my students who love to ride tricycles!
