Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Bringing tree-themed toys into our preschool classroom will provide hands-on learning opportunities that spark curiosity about nature while supporting key developmental skills. With materials like tree blocks, seasonal tree playsets, and puzzles, my students will explore concepts such as growth, change, and the natural world through imaginative play. These resources will encourage language development, storytelling, problem-solving, and fine motor skills, all while fostering a love for the environment. The study on trees is part four new curriculum, so we are currently looking to add additional materials into out classroom!
