This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am asking for reward based incentives for our students. This is a positive behavior reward system in place at my school.

Treats and treasures go a very long way in the consistent changes made in behaviors especially for kids who struggle in school.

Something small to fidget such as a Hershey Kiss or Skittle with used to be seen as a distraction but it can also be used as a positive reward that curbs disruptive behavior and outbursts helping the entire class environment to be a safer and more positive place to learn.
