This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, hardworking, and full of potential. They thrive in an environment that celebrates their efforts and encourages positive choices. To support this, I’m creating a treasure chest filled with fun, engaging rewards to recognize and motivate great behavior in our classroom.
The items I’m requesting—small toys, stickers, games, and other fun prizes—will serve as tangible rewards for their achievements, whether it's completing tasks, demonstrating kindness, or showing perseverance.
These incentives will encourage a positive classroom culture where students feel valued and inspired to do their best every day.
My goal is to create an exciting and rewarding experience that teaches the importance of effort, responsibility, and teamwork. A well-stocked treasure chest will not only motivate students but also build confidence and reinforce the joy of learning in a fun and meaningful way.
What makes my students special is their resilience and eagerness to succeed. Each one brings unique strengths to our classroom, and with your help, we can celebrate those strengths while building a foundation for lifelong success.
