My Project

I have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest young minds in the world. I strive daily to become the best teacher that I can be and expose them to as much as I can while I can. However, many of our students come from low-income families and have little to no access to the ever-changing resources and programs that many other students have. Our school is located in the rural Mississippi Delta. We are a Title I school where 100% of our students receive free lunches.

In this project, I am requesting some items such as rolling carts for storage, a bubble wand, fun announcement mic, galaxy slime, pop-its, sweet treats, and other small items to motivate and encourage my students to push forward.

Sometimes when we have done our best and we still fall short we need that little motivation even for the smallest growth to get us to the next level. That is what I want to do for my students. I want to be able to provide them with small tokens to let them know that I see them working and that I support their achievements and their growth.
