My Project
Fostering a positive learning environment is a critical part of classroom management. After their long summer break, students are practicing classroom expectation and norms again. These prizes would go hand in hand with class money system and table point system. Students will earn class money and points throughout the week or save them for a bigger prize at the end of the month.
When children receive a reward for positive behavior, they feel valued and competent; this boosts their confidence and sense of accomplishment.
This treasure chest filled with fun prizes that will motivate students to follow class rules, make correct choices, and reinforces positive identity.
