Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We’re reaching out with a small but meaningful request—our classroom treasure box is in need of restocking, and we’d also love your help with a few supplies that would make our learning space even more welcoming and effective.
Our treasure box plays a big role in building classroom culture.
It’s filled with small prizes like stickers, fun pencils, erasers, fidgets, keychains, and other kid-approved treats that celebrate students for their hard work, kindness, and positive behavior. As we close out the school year, our students are continuing to show so much growth, and we’d love to keep rewarding them in small but joyful ways.
In addition to restocking the treasure box, we are also looking to improve the physical environment of our classroom. We recently received some beautiful new posters that uplift and inspire—but we’d love to frame them so they last and look even more polished on our walls. We’re also in need of a few soft white lightbulbs to brighten cozy corners and small spaces where students read, write, and reflect. These little touches make a big difference in helping our classroom feel calm, focused, and joyful.
