it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A reward system plays a powerful role in motivating students to meet their learning goals. The Treasure Box is filled with fun, age-appropriate prizes that students can earn through positive behavior, academic effort, and personal growth. Whether it’s mastering a new math concept, completing a reading challenge, or showing kindness to a classmate, students have the opportunity to be recognized and rewarded in a tangible way. The Treasure Box is part of a positive reinforcement system we use to encourage students to stay engaged, make good choices, and reach academic milestones. It’s filled with small prizes that students can earn through hard work, perseverance, respectful behavior, and personal achievements.
