My Project
Students have been feeling checked out, stressed, and depleted throughout their school day since COVID. The items that are chosen are to provide students with a way to deal with social and emotional skills and give them opportunities to be able to have tools to create a positive learning experience. For example, the coloring books is to help through their anxiety or relaxing the mind. Next, the bean bag chair is to allow them options to sit on something comfortable so that they are able to focus. The puzzles are to allow them to still use their minds while not feeling stressed. I am hoping my kids are able to overcome the COVID blues of not being in school for a long time. COVID has affected their energy and so I am hoping these items help boost their morale and get them excited to come to class and focus despite everything they been through.
