My Project

I am requesting support to help fund training in Trauma Informed Yoga. To help my students on a higher level. Students today are suffering greatly. After the pandemic the mental health needs have soared and trying to reach all those in need is hard. Student Mental Health is a serious concern right now. According to a 2018 report from the American College Health Association (ACHA), more than 60 percent of college students said they experienced “overwhelming anxiety.” These mental health issues are worsened by low levels of physical activity.

Mental health treatment is the need of the hour.

By learning this amazing tool I could help so many students gain understanding, knowledge, and power to help themselves.
