As girls experience puberty and transition into the most life-altering stage of their ever-evolving, ever-expansive lives, many do not know how to predict and prepare for their monthly cycles. Consequently, often they report to my office shy, embarrassed, and scared to express their need for basic feminine products, as they navigate this right of passage physical occurrence. Obviously, this emergency disrupts entire academic day.
To mitigate such uncomfortable moments, your generosity would assist greatly with providing necessary personal hygiene products as my students transition into a new level of womanhood.
