This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Imagine a classroom where students are excited to learn, organized, and rewarded for their hard work. That's the vision I have for my students! This project aims to transform our learning environment and provide incredible incentives to motivate and inspire them.
First, we need to create a more organized and inviting space.
Our current bookshelf is overflowing, and students lack proper storage for their belongings. I'm asking for a sturdy classroom bookshelf to house our growing library and individual storage solutions so students can keep their materials neat and accessible.
But learning isn't just about academics; it's also about creating memorable experiences! To celebrate my students' achievements at the end of the year, I want to host a special movie day complete with a popcorn machine and delicious chips. This will be a fun and rewarding way to recognize their hard work throughout the year.
Furthermore, to enhance our small group instruction, my students desperately need whiteboards. These will allow them to actively participate, collaborate, and visually represent their thinking during lessons. The ability to write and erase will make learning interactive and engaging.
