This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The plants, wall decorations, soft lighting, and toys will help create a warm and inviting space that makes learning feel more enjoyable. The plants will freshen up the room and reduce stress, helping students focus better. With colorful wall decorations to inspire creativity, cozy lighting and essential oils to ease anxiety, and fun toys for quick breaks, and a mini fridge to offer them cold water/food when need it, I believe our classroom will feel like a supportive community where everyone can thrive.
My main goal is to build a safe and welcoming environment where my students feel at home and excited to learn.
I want to encourage a sense of belonging and teamwork, helping students engage more actively in their studies. Ultimately, I hope to inspire every student to believe in themselves and reach for their goals in physics.
My students are truly remarkable! They show incredible resilience and determination, often facing tough challenges with a positive attitude. Each of them brings their own unique experiences and perspectives, making our classroom vibrant and dynamic. I’m constantly inspired by their hard work and passion, and I want to create a space that reflects how special they are.
