Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students bring energy, curiosity, and creativity every day, but they need the right tools to fully engage. I plan to use the iPad to run the Cricut app so students can work in groups without using my personal laptop. The compact Cricut Joy is easy to store in the classroom and, paired with the EasyPress, will support hands-on projects that build fine motor skills and creativity. The rolling cart and laptop desk will keep materials organized. Scissors, markers, scented pencils, cardstock, and pens will help students create and present their work. Together, these resources will foster collaboration, creativity, and active learning.

With these resources, students will have more opportunities to explore their interests, build confidence, and take ownership of their learning in a meaningful way.

Organizing materials effectively will also help create a classroom environment that is inviting, efficient, and conducive to focused learning.
