Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students are always fully charged and ready to learn and play. Our students are hands on learners and love to try new sports and activities that they have never been exposed to.
Our school is a high needs, low poverty area and even with those obstacles that our students face day to day they come to school to learn and play.
Our students like to take advantage of every opportunity that comes to them and they are very grateful for them.
My Project
Hello, the items/materials that I chose will help our baseball program at SG High school get going in a positive ways since these kids do not have access to these items because of their economic status. We are trying to build a winning program that can help students become great players but also great human beings. With these items I believe we can improve our program and the players will have a great time learning on how to play the game baseball the right way. It will be an honor to have these materials so that we can help these students/players gain access into what it is like to be apart of a successful program.
