Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
After several years in the classroom, I realized that my students needed instruction on HOW to be kind, respectful, & all the things I was asking them to be. There are also great companion lessons to wonderful books such as "Those Shoes" that teach students about compassion and the difference between wants vs. needs. This will help my students empathize with others & help others.
This TPT gift card will allow me to have the resources needed to instruct & encourage my kiddos on how to be kind & compassionate people in the world.
Whenever I can, I always try to use a resource from TPT as they are always very creative and original. I love supporting other teachers and TPT allows me to do that. I’ve used TPT for many years and will continue to do so as well. The children seem to enjoy the varied resources that can be found there as well.
