Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students are so precious to me and I think about their needs constantly. I know it is my job to ensure that their diverse learning needs are met, so I am always searching for new print and digital materials to enhance our current curriculum.

One of the websites I love to use is Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT).

This website allows me to search by grade level, subject, standard, skill, etc. to find the perfect resource for my students or group of students I will be teaching, without spending hours of my time searching the internet. This is a HUGE time saver! Additionally, I am able to quickly find materials aligned to the same grade level standard for students who may need modifications as stated in their IEP, activities with pictures and/or word banks for my English Language Learners, etc. I am requesting gift cards to the TPT website to be used to purchase resources throughout the year for my students to supplement our current curriculum. I hope you'll help me make this project come to life!
