Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are middle school students who are eager to explore the world. We are in a low-income area where students find their sanctuary at our school. Many of my students end up at our school because a traditional school was not meeting their personalized needs. These students often have gifts that go undiscovered due to the lack of understanding of their needs. I feel that it is important for them to discover what they are passionate about, enabling them to develop college and career goals. I am always looking for ways to connect learning to the world we live in every day.

My Project

As we continue through a pandemic we have learned as teachers we need to look for new and engaging lessons for our students. Having access to Teacher Pay Teacher lessons is like collaboration gone wild. So many of these resources have been adapted to digital resources that have become invaluable during these times.

A TpT gift card would help provide amazing lessons during distance learning!

Creating distance learning materials for students is very time-consuming. Having this gift card to purchase additional lessons would be a lifesaver for my teaching. There is no better resource than another teacher, who knows how a classroom works and what a good resource needs. That is why I love purchasing materials from Tpt! Thank you for supporting my classroom.
