Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My third graders attend a public school in an urban district. It is a Title I school, and 100% of the students qualify for a free or reduced-price lunch. Coming from an urban district and a Title I school, unfortunately, my students do not have as many supplies and opportunities as students in the surrounding districts.
This year, I have 25 inquisitive and eager students, many of whom are not on grade level.
They include SPED, English Language Learners, and LTSS students, but they are always ready to learn. My students are full of energy and their creativity shines through in all of the work that they do. They soak up everything you put out.
My goal is to make their VIRTUAL school experience meaningful and fun while also setting high expectations and providing a safe, loving environment for all of my students, no matter their circumstances. Your donations mean more than you will ever fully understand!
My Project

I have used Teachers Pay Teachers as a learning source and find it a valuable tool to reach all the learning styles of my students.
This year, with blended instruction I hope to utilize the amazing materials from my colleagues so that the learning can be as fun and engaging as possible for students at home and at school.
