My Students

My students come from very diverse backgrounds, and each has their own obstacles that they are trying to overcome. Hands-on work can help bring us together as a class. Even though I teach 5th and 6th grade, my students' abilities range from 1st to 6th grade.

Often times, everyday routines and procedures can be overwhelming.

We need new Social Skills programs in order to help us better understand our feelings and how to express them. By using the Tough Kid programs, we are sure to find the skills we need in order to be successful.

My Project

With the help of The Tough Kid programs, my students will be able to have new ways to learn how to express themselves positively. These programs will give us different strategies in order to control how we express ourselves. There are creative ways to help us learn appropriate behaviors!

We all need a little help sometimes understanding how to express ourselves!

By using the strategies that are provided in The Tough Kid On-Task In a Box, we will be on our way to understanding and controlling our feelings.

This kit provides step-by-step procedures, motivational strategies, and forms that can be used by the teacher. Please help us by giving us the tools to build positive and self confident relationships with peers and adults.
