This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help give our Freeman Special needs classrooms touch math. With touch math our children will be able to see and touch each number in order to learn number sense. With these items our children will learn numbers, counting, adding, subtraction and place values. This is a valuable tool that we would love to have in our classroom. Touch math is amazing because it teaches multiple ways of learning math in one system. With your donation it will be easier for our special needs students to learn mathematics. Special needs students need multiple ways of learning to see what suits them the best. Thank you for your time and interest in our project.
