My Students

This is a general education classroom with students who can also potentially be on an Individualized Educational Plan. I have three students currently on those plans, however, that can change at any time. My class loves to read and explore! My Project

Award-Winning TOON Graphics offer a different way for students to read. Students need to read regularly in order to become proficient in language arts. While reading books for enjoyment, students improve their vocabulary, spelling and grammar skills. They are able to go on adventures, learn about faraway places, people, and experiences, all while the stories help their imagination grow!

These graphic books will provide yet another way for my students to be able to take in different content, by appealing to their different learning styles.

I have scheduled reading time built into our day, these books will help the students that still don't want to read the different options that I currently have in my class library. Help me motivate these last few students to read!
