Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are curious, creative, and full of big ideas — they just need the right tools to bring those ideas to life! This project will provide our classroom with everyday essentials like primary journals, pencils, crayons, glue sticks, and folders to help them write stories, solve problems, and express their thinking with these supplies. Headphones will help them focus during independent learning and focus during testing, while pencil grippers will support their little hands as they develop strong writing skills. And with spiral notebooks and card stock, we’ll stay organized while adding colorful creativity to our daily work!

Of course, learning gets messy sometimes — so tissues, Clorox wipes, and laminating sheets will help us keep our classroom clean, healthy, and full of reusable learning tools.

These supplies may seem simple, but to my students, they’re magical. Each item helps them feel prepared, capable, and excited to learn. My class is filled with kind, determined learners who take pride in their work — and with your support, they’ll have everything they need to shine all year long!
