My Project

Our school is a diverse, Title 1 school where our amazing students, who we proudly call our Champions, come to school each day ready to learn, grow, and do their best.

Many of our students experience big emotions, sensory needs, and challenges that can make it difficult to stay focused and regulated throughout the school day.

This project will provide sensory squishy tools, noise-canceling headphones, and clipboards to hold students’ daily Check-In/Check-Out charts. These simple tools give students a positive way to manage tough moments, block out distractions, refocus, and keep track of their daily goals.

Our Champions are capable of so much when they have the right support. These tools will help them regulate, reset, and get back to learning so they can have a successful school day!
