Help me give my students the tools to help them be supported. The flexible seating will allow students to be able to use their seat as a way to better focus during academic times.
This is my first year teaching and I am beyond excited to have the group of students that I have. They are a wonderful group of students that bring a smile to class every day.
My first graders are a special group of students with a variety of abilities and needs.
They are kind to one another, they are intelligent and they are eager to learn. They love to participate in each subject area and thrive in our learning community.
To have the opportunity to teach to students is everything I have worked for. I know my students will make a change and make positive impacts on our future.
My Project
Flexible seating and sensory tools will help my students regain focus when needed. My class is filled with a variety of learners and a variety of needs. If I could have the option of tools and items for students to use this will result in a positive learning environment. The products I have selected are a variety of items (everyday classroom needs like bandaids and clipboards then also items like fidget toys) that will help benefit in their learning process.
My first year teaching has been more than I ever could've imagined.
I have loved every second with my students and I am giving it my all. While I am buying essentials for my classroom I know if I could provide my students with these items it would better support their needs.
I know any donation will help my first graders grow and become the best students they can be.
